Actividades docentes y extradocentes para contribuir a la formación laboral en escolares de sexto grado del nivel primario de educación

Abstract

La formación laboral de la nueva generación constituye uno de los asuntos fundamentales a los que debe enfrentarse la educación en la época contemporánea en aras de encontrar las soluciones más acertadas para garantizar la supervivencia de la especia humana. La necesidad de perfeccionar esta arista en los escolares primarios, fundamenta el problema que se investiga; en tal sentido, aprovechar el trabajo integrado de cada día en la escuela, sobre la base del contexto socio- educativo, constituye la esencia de este trabajo. Las actividades que se presentan están encaminadas a desarrollar intereses vocacionales en los escolares, a partir del vínculo con las entidades laborales de la localidad, lo que favorecerá el desarrollo integral de su personalidad. La utilización de métodos como la observación científica, la revisión documental, la entrevista y la encuesta permitieron determinar las insuficiencias que se manifiestan en la formación laboral de los escolares de sexto grado del S/I Seremos como el Che del municipio Holguín.

The labor formation of the new generation constitutes one of the fundamental subjects you must come face to face to the education in the contemporary epoch for the sake of finding the most correct solutions to guarantee the survival of the human spice. The need to make perfect this edge in the primary students, base the problem that one carries out an investigation. In such sense, making good use of the work integrated of every day at the school, on the context's base educational member, constitute the essence of this work. The activities that present itself are aimed at developing vocational interests in the students as from the link with the labor entities of the locality,, that will favor the integral development of its personality. The utilization of methods like the scientific observation, the documentary revision, the interview and the opinion poll allowed determining the insufficiencies that are shown at the labor formation of the students of sixth grade of the S I We Will Be Like the Che of the municipality Holguín.
