Mejora de la gestión ambiental en la Empresa Constructora de Obras para el Turismo “Ramón de Antillas”

Abstract

La gestión ambiental es una de las grandes preocupaciones a nivel mundial, debido a la intensificación de los problemas que afectan a la sociedad. En este contexto, el sector de la construcción es responsable de 39% de emisiones de dióxido de carbono relacionadas con la energía y los procesos. Este alto porcentaje se debe a las acciones en la obra, el transporte y la fabricación de materiales. La presente investigación se realizó en la empresa Constructora de Obras para el Turismo “Ramón de Antilla” la cual impacta negativamente en el medioambiente pues la generación de residuales líquidos y sólidos afectan la flora y fauna de la zona, además carecen de un sistema de gestión ambiental certificado. Por lo que se identifica como problema profesional: insuficiencias en el proceso de gestión ambiental en la Empresa Constructora de Obras para el Turismo "Ramón de Antilla”, que limita el logro de los objetivos ambientales. Se plantea como objetivo general: mejorar la gestión ambiental en esta empresa, para mitigar los efectos negativos al medioambiente y posteriormente facilitar la certificación del Sistema de Gestión Ambiental. Del análisis del marco teórico-práctico referencial sobre la gestión ambiental empresarial y de la literatura especializada se seleccionó el procedimiento propuesto por Rivas Portelles (2020) para aplicarlo en la empresa. Los resultados de la investigación se resumen en el establecimiento de las principales responsabilidades, la identificación de los aspectos e impactos, la elaboración de la estrategia ambiental y el plan de acción para eliminar o mitigar los impactos ambientales negativos
