Diseño del sistema logístico en la Empresa Campismo Popular Holguín

Abstract

El entorno actual se caracteriza por un elevado ritmo de renovación, cambio y competitividad, donde las organizaciones para sobrevivir deben perfeccionar continuamente sus sistemas de gestión. En este contexto, la gestión logística empresarial ofrece herramientas que permiten optimizar el flujo del producto a través de la cadena de suministro y, consecuentemente, de los procesos internos de la empresa, originando mejoras en la capacidad de respuesta al cliente de manera eficiente y eficaz. En Cuba se han desarrollado varias herramientas para mejorar el funcionamiento de los sistemas logísticos, esto ha tenido mayor auge en empresas productoras y comercializadores. Lo que provoca el aplazamiento de esta concepción en otras entidades como Campismo Popular. Esta idea es el pilar de la presente investigación, que persigue el objetivo de diseñar el Sistema Logístico en la Empresa Campismo Popular Holguín, para reducir al menor costo posible la transportación, almacenamiento y distribución de mercancías. Como resultados principales de la investigación desarrollada se obtuvieron: el diseño y diagnóstico del Servicio al Cliente, el Modelo de Aseguramiento de los Procesos, los flujos informativo, financiero y material y su integración, además del diseño estructural de los subsistemas del Sistema Logístico. Para la confección de la investigación y alcanzar estos resultados se emplearon técnicas y métodos como: histórico-lógico, Modelo General de la Organización, revisión documental, diagramas de flujo, Diagrama Gantt, entre otros

The current environment is characterized by a high rate of renewal, change and competitiveness, where organizations to survive must continually improve their management systems. In this context, business logistics management offers tools that allows optimizing the product flow through the supply chain and, consequently of the internal process of the company, causing improvements in the response capacity to the client efficiently. In Cuba, several tools have been developed to improve the development of logistics systems, this have a greater boom in producing and marketer companies. This causes the postponement of this conception in others entities such as Campismo Popular. This idea is the pillar of the present research, which pursues the objective of designing the logistic system in the company Campismo Popular Holguin, to reduce the transportation, storage and distribution of goods to the lower possible cost. As mains results of investigation carried out, they were obtained: The design and diagnosis of customer service, the process assurance model, the informative, financial and material flows and their integration, besides the structural design of the subsystems of the logistic system. To make this research and obtained results were used technical and methods like: historic-logician, General Model of Organization, documentary review, flow diagrams, Gantt diagrams, among others
