Abstract

En la presente investigación se realiza el estudio de los parámetros termodinámicos que se desarrollan en la operación de temple por centrifugación durante el proceso de tratamiento térmico del acero para herramientas AISI D2 a la temperatura de austenización de 1 050 0C, atendiendo de forma particular los diferentes parámetros que se desarrollan según las condiciones que surgen en el contorno cerrado de la cámara de enfriamiento cuando se aplican distintos regímenes de frecuencias de rotación. Se muestran los resultados del análisis de determinados parámetros termodinámicos en el sistema de enfriamiento por centrifugación. Para la realización de la investigación se utilizan métodos teóricos; el análisis de los resultados y el cálculo de determinados parámetros termodinámicos, así como el empleo del método de CFD para conocer el comportamiento dinámico del flujo de enfriamiento a través del módulo de Flow Simulation

In present it the study of the thermodynamic parameters accomplishes investigation itself that unroll in the operation of character for spin-drying in the course of heat treatment of the steel for tools AISI D2 themselves to the temperature of austenization of 1 050 0C, taking care of the different parameters that develop according to the conditions that happen in the contour closed of the camera of cooling when they are applicable of particular form several regimens of frequencies of rotation. They show the results of the analysis of determined thermodynamic parameters in the cooling system for spin-drying. They utilize theoretic methods for the realization of investigation; The income analysis and the calculation of determined thermodynamic parameters, as well as the job of CFD's method to know the expeditious behavior of the flow of cooling through Flow Simulation's module
