Sistema de acciones para la orientación vocacional de la carrera Contabilidad y Finanzas de la Universidad de Holguín

Abstract

El presente trabajo está dirigido al proceso de Orientación Vocacional de la carrera Contabilidad y Finanzas de la Universidad de Holguín, la cual no se desarrolla con la debida sistematicidad y calidad. Como muestra de ello, los estudiantes ingresan en la carrera sin conocimiento previo de la misma, evidencian desmotivación, obtienen resultados negativos en los primeros años y hay un gran número de bajas en cada curso académico fundamentalmente en el primer año. Por lo cual el objetivo fundamental es diseñar un sistema de acciones para la mejora del proceso de Orientación Vocacional, lo que permitirá reducir la deserción escolar y obtener mejores resultados en diferentes indicadores en especial la eficiencia vertical, debe favorecer la toma de decisiones de los estudiantes de la educación precedente a la hora de ingresar a la carrera. Para ello se realizó un estudio a profundidad sobre la metodología y principios de la Orientación Vocacional, así como un diagnóstico de la situación actual de la carrera mediante revisión documental de: la estrategia maestra principal del primer año académico de cinco cursos anteriores al presente, el último informe de autoevaluación para la re acreditación de la carrera, entrevista no estructurada a docentes del primer año, secretarias docentes de distintos preuniversitario del municipio Holguín, estudio de artículos científicos e investigaciones precedentes así como a profesores de otras carreras en busca de otros criterios que permitan obtener mejores resultados en el sistema de acciones propuesto

The present work is intended for the process of Vocational Guidance of the race Accounting and Finance of Holguín's University, which does not develop with the proper systematicity and quality. As a token of it, the students enter in the running without previous same knowledge of her, they evidence discouragement, they obtain negative results in the tender age and there are a large number of casualties in each academic course fundamentally in the first year. The one that our fundamental objective is to design a system of actions for the improvement of the process of Vocational Guidance for, what you will allow us reducing the school desertion and obtaining better results in different indicators specially the vertical efficiency, the overtaking of the students of the preceding education must favor the hour from entering hastily. Documentary revision accomplished to depth on the methodology and beginnings of Vocational Guidance, a study as well as a diagnosis of the present-day situation of the intervening race for it of: The master principal strategy of the first academic year of five previous courses at the present time, the latter report of auto-evaluation for the re accreditation of the race, interview structured to teachers of the first year, teaching several pre-university student's secretaries of the municipality Holguín, study of scientific goods and preceding investigations as well as getting professors of another races in search of another criteria that they enable proposed actions better results in the system from
