Análisis económico financiero de la UEB Hotel Sol Río de Luna y Mares perteneciente a la Sociedad Mercantil Gaviota SA

Abstract

El presente trabajo fue realizado en la UEB Hotel Sol Río de Luna y Mares, la cual ofrece servicios de excelente calidad para el turismo internacional; dirigido a lograr que el mismo sienta durante su estancia, plena satisfacción y bienestar, que lo estimulen a repetir su visita y preferir el destino turístico de Cuba como el de mayor calidad y más seguro. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo, realizar un análisis económico-financiero que favorezca el perfeccionamiento del proceso de toma de decisiones con ayuda de métodos de análisis novedosos, tales como cálculo de razones financieras, métodos comparativos, métodos gráficos, entre otras técnicas, en aras de dar cumplimiento a esta meta, se conforman dos capítulos, en el primero se realiza la fundamentación teórico-conceptual y en su segundo capítulo, se dedica a la práctica empresarial de la unidad objeto de estudio, estos procedimientos permitirán la toma de decisiones y proyectará nuevas estrategias para el desempeño futuro del hotel, así como aspectos a tener en cuenta para el logro de metas superiores en la difícil tarea de administrar recursos con mayores niveles de economía, eficiencia y eficacia. Para la dirección de la entidad resultan de gran utilidad los elementos aportados en este trabajo al darle a conocer su situación financiera pasada y los problemas que la afectan, además le da la posibilidad de conocer cuál puede ser su destino financiero en el futuro inmediato.

This work was carried out at the UEB Hotel Sol Río de Luna y Mares, which offers excellent quality services for international tourism; aimed at making them feel full satisfaction and well-being during their stay, encouraging them to repeat their visit and prefer the tourist destination of Cuba as the one with the highest quality and the safest. The objective of this work is to carry out an economic-financial analysis that favors the improvement of the decisionmaking process with the help of innovative analysis methods, such as the calculation of financial ratios, comparative methods, graphic methods, among other techniques, for the sake of To fulfill this goal, two chapters are formed, in the first the theoretical-conceptual foundation is carried out and in its second chapter, it is dedicated to the business practice of the unit under study, these procedures will allow decision-making and will project new strategies for the future performance of the hotel, as well as aspects to take into account to achieve higher goals in the difficult task of managing resources with higher levels of economy, efficiency and effectiveness. For the management of the entity, the elements provided in this work are very useful by letting them know their past financial situation and the problems that affect it, as well as giving them the possibility of knowing what their financial destiny may be in the immediate future
