Análisis económico financiero en la Empresa Agroforestal y Coco Baracoa

Abstract

Este trabajo de diploma se realizó en la Empresa Agroforestal y Coco de Baracoa, la cual se dedica a la compra, beneficio y comercialización de Café, Cacao, Coco y otros productos agropecuarios tanto en moneda nacional como en divisas, para garantizar las demandas de los clientes. El objetivo principal del mismo es realizar un análisis económico- financiero con ayuda de metodología analítica, así como con los cálculos de las razones financieras, métodos comparativos y gráficos, entre otras técnicas enfocadas a darle cumplimiento al objetivo. Considerando estos elementos se realizó este trabajo, titulado: Análisis Económico Financiero en la Empresa Agroforestal y Coco Baracoa, estructurado en dos capítulos, en el primero se realiza la fundamentación teórico- conceptual y en el segundo capítulo la caracterización de la entidad, aplicación de métodos, técnicas y valoración de los resultados de la entidad, al hacer posible una correcta toma de decisiones y proyección de nuevas estrategias para el desempeño futuro de la empresa para el logro de metas superiores en la difícil tarea de administrar recursos con altos niveles de economía ,eficiencia y eficacia. Finalmente se exponen un conjunto de conclusiones y recomendaciones arribadas en el trabajo, se relaciona la bibliografía utilizada y se incluyen un grupo de anexos que permiten comprender mejor el trabajo realizado, siendo de gran utilidad para la dirección de la empresa.

This work of diploma came true in the Business Agroforestal and Coco of Baracoa, which dedicates itself to purchase, benefit and Café's commercialization, Cacao, Coco and another agricultural produces so much in national currency like in foreign exchange, in order to guarantee the customers’ requests. The principal objective of the same you are to accomplish a cost-reducing financial analysis with help of analytical methodology that way I eat with the calculations of the financial ratios, comparative methods and graphics, between other techniques focused to give fulfillment to the objective. This work was accomplished considering these elements, titled person: Financial economic analysis at the Company Agroforestal and Coco Baracoa, structured the theoretic conceptual fundanentation comes true in two chapters, in the first and in the second chapter the characterization of the entity, application of methods, techniques and assessment of the results of the entity, making a correct take possible of decisions and projection of new strategies for the future performance of the company for the achievement of superior goals in the difficult task to administrate resources with tall levels of economy, efficiency and efficacy. Finally, a musical group of findings and recommendations received at work expose themselves, the utilized bibliography relates to each other and they include a group of attachments that they allow understanding the realized work better, coming from great profit for the company's address
