Auditoría de la gestión de la calidad en el mantenimiento con enfoque multicriterio en la Empresa GEYSEL

Abstract

La presente investigación está encaminada a brindar un procedimiento de auditoría de calidad en la gestión, en la Empresa GEYSEL, mediante el empleo de un enfoque de modelación matemática multicriterio, y de esta forma contribuir a la ayuda de la toma de decisiones en el campo del mantenimiento, proceso indispensable para mantener la vitalidad en todo proceso productivo y/o servicios de los Grupos Electrógeno y Servicios Eléctricos. Se utilizó un procedimiento, el cual se rediseño con un método muy robusto, el Análisis Jerárquico de Procesos, para evaluar los juicios de los expertos y llegar a nuevos pesos de criterios. Mediante la investigación realizada se pueden precisar las principales fortalezas y debilidades que presenta el sistema de gestión de mantenimiento de la entidad objeto de estudio. Todo lo antes expresado permite valorar el impacto y la necesidad de auditar el sistema de gestión de mantenimiento en nuestro territorio

A procedure, which were utilized himself I redesign with a very robust method, Procesos's Hierarchic Analysis, to evaluate the experts' judgments and to arrive to new weights of criteria.
