Estudio de factibilidad para la remodelación y ampliación del CREE en la UEB INICA Holguín

Abstract

La presente investigación se realizó en la UEB INICA Holguín tiene como objetivo desarrollar un estudio de factibilidad para conocer qué resultados aporta para la decisión de inversión en la remodelación y ampliación del CREE perteneciente a la misma, lo que permitirá a los directivos la planeación y gestión de los recursos para su ejecución, el control de los supuestos que permiten la recuperación del financiamiento inicialmente invertido en el tiempo y cuantía estimados en el estudio. Para el logro del mismo se han utilizado diferentes métodos científicos del nivel teórico como el histórico- lógico, hipotético – deductivo, y de nivel empírico como la observación científica, además de procedimientos de análisis-síntesis e inducción-deducción, y cálculos. Desarrollando el procedimiento establecido por el Ministerio de Finanzas y Precios respaldado por el decreto 327 de Inversión en Cuba. El cual establece los antecedentes, objetivos y alcance del proyecto, se analiza el mercado y la capacidad de producción, teniendo en cuenta los estudios técnicos, económicos y financieros e ingeniería del proyecto respetando siempre el calendario de ejecución. Los resultados obtenidos, a través del cálculo de indicadores tales como: Valor Actual Neto (VAN), la Tasa Interna de Rendimiento (TIR), el Período de Recuperación (PR) y la Tasa de Rentabilidad del Van (RVAN), permiten llegar a la conclusión de que es recomendable para la empresa llevar a cabo el proyecto de inversión.

Abstract The present investigation was carried out in the UEB IMICA Holguín, its objective is to develop a feasibility study to know what results it contributes for the investment decision in the remodeling and expansion of the CREE belonging to it, which will allow managers to plan and manage of the resources for its execution, the control of the assumptions that allow the recovery of the financing initially invested in the time and amount estimated in the study. To achieve it, different scientific methods have been used at the theoretical level such as historical-logical, hypothetical-deductive, and empirical level such as scientific observation, as well as analysis-synthesis and induction-deduction procedures, and calculations. Developing the procedure established by the Ministry of Finance and Prices supported by decree 327 of Investment in Cuba. Which establishes the background, objectives and scope of the project, the market and production capacity are analyzed, taking into account the technical, economic and financial studies and engineering of the project, always respecting the execution schedule. The results obtained, through the calculation of indicators such as: Net Present Value (VAN), the Internal Rate of Performance (IRR), the Recovery Period (PR) and the Rate of Profitability of the Van (RVAN), allow us to arrive at the conclusion that it is advisable for the company to carry out the investment project.
