Evaluación del expediente de cierre deuna inversión constructiva en las obras del turismo

Abstract

Con la presente investigación se realiza la evaluación del Expediente de cierre o de liquidación de una inversión constructiva a través del criterio de expertos junto a un procedimiento para la evaluación de las inversiones en Cuba, a partir del cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos por el Decreto No. 327/2014 del Consejo de Ministros de la República de Cuba. Este expediente es el resumen de la inversión, en él se refleja todas las fases por la que transcurre la misma. Comienza a gestarse cuando se inicia el estudio de factibilidad y continúa durante el proyecto, ejecución y puesta en marcha de la misma. Por tanto todos los trabajos que se ejecuten a favor de la inversión deben acometerse teniendo en cuenta su confección. Se toma como punto de partida el diagnóstico de los indicadores establecidos y concluye con la propuesta de metodología que permita ganar en claridad en cuanto a la estructura que debe tener dicho expediente. A su vez se proponen recomendaciones para el uso de la metodología que ayude en la preparación de los inversionistas y otros actores del proceso. Para su desarrollo se aplicaron métodos de investigación del nivel teórico, empírico y matemáticos que permitieron constatar las insuficiencias y generar los aportes referidos en la investigación
