Estrategias para el desarrollo de la recreación turística en la Sucursal Extrahotelera Palmares Holguín

Abstract

El Plan de Desarrollo del destino turístico holguinero parte de la consideración de que deberán ofrecerse paquetes de servicios cada vez más integrados, diversificando y diferenciando la oferta en correspondencia con el potencial de recursos y atractivos turísticos del territorio, priorizando el desarrollo del turismo de marinas y náutica, naturaleza, parques temáticos, crucerismo, historia y cultura, así como la modalidad de eventos, que logren el máximo efecto financiero neto, redimensionando por temporada las capacidades instaladas, lo que se corresponde con lo establecido en el Lineamiento 260 de la Política Económica y Social del Partido y la Revolución. El presente trabajo contribuye a la implementación de este Lineamiento, ya que ofrece una propuesta de estrategias para el desarrollo de la recreación turística en la Sucursal Extrahotelera Palmares Holguín. El mismo parte del ajuste de un procedimiento, apoyado en la integración de enfoques modernos y la combinación de técnicas y métodos de prospectiva; lo que contribuye a incrementar la objetividad de los planes. Su aplicación permitió determinar la situación de la organización; los escenarios más probables; las estrategias y acciones a seguir. Para alcanzar los objetivos propuestos se combinaron diferentes métodos y herramientas: entrevistas, encuestas, observaciones, softwares de prospectiva y sesiones de trabajo con grupos de especialistas y directivos de la entidad, la Delegación del Ministerio de Turismo, así como de profesores del Centro de Capacitación para el turismo y de la Universidad de Holguín. La propuesta constituye una herramienta de dirección importante para alcanzar las aspiraciones de la entidad y el destino. Palabras claves: Recreación turística, estrategias, objetivos, escenarios

The Development plan 2012-2016 of the tourist destination holguinero part of the consideration of premises, one of them is “Offer packages of services more and more integrated, diversifying and differentiating the supply, in correspondence with the resources and attractive of the territory, prioritizing the development of the tourism of health, navy and nautical, golf, nature, parks, crucerismo, history and culture, as well as the conventions and events, that obtain the maximum financial effect, extending by season the installed capacities when cannot be used of intensive way. Lineament 260. The present investigation contributes to this Lineament’s implementation since it offers strategies of development for the tourist recreation in the Sucursal Extrahotelera Palmares Holguín. The investigation part from the adjustment of a procedure, backed up in the integration of modern focuses and the combination of techniques and methods of prospective, contributing to increment the objectivity of the plans. Its application allowed determining the situation of the organization; the most probable scenes; Strategies and actions to follow. Different methods and tools combined in order to attain the proposed objectives: interviews, observations softwares of prospective and sessions of work with groups of specialists and directives of the organization and the MINTUR Delegation, as well as from professors of the Capacitation Center of tourism and the of Holguín's University. The proposal constitutes an important tool of direction to overtake the aspirations of the organization and the touristic destination. Key words: Tourist recreation, strategies, objectives, scenes
