Análisis de la dinámica y estructura económica en el Punto de Venta Óptica Holguín, Sucursal de Servicios Médicos Holguín
Abstract
La presente investigación titulada ¨Dinámica y estructura económica en el Punto
de Venta Óptica Holguín, Sucursal de Servicios Médicos Holguín¨, tiene como
objetivo realizar un análisis de la dinámica y estructura económica que contribuya
a orientar estrategias de desarrollo en el marco de la planificación empresarial .
Para su realización se emplearon métodos teóricos como: ascenso de lo abstracto
a lo concreto; histórico–lógico; análisis–síntesis y el hipotético–deductivo. Se
utilizaron además como herramientas fundamentales para la obtención de la
información los métodos empíricos: métodos estadísticos (descriptivo e inferencial); entrevistas abiertas no estructuradas; análisis documental y consulta a expertos, así como el Método Diferencial Estructural. El resultado fundamental de la investigación permitió identifi car en el punto de venta objeto de estudio los indicadores económicos seleccionados en que es fuerte y los que son de suma importancia para la Sucursal; clasificarlas a partir del comportamiento de la dinámica de su estructura económica según las tipologías de Boudeville y orientar el tipo de estrategia (competitiva o estructural) a seguir en consecuencia con la taxonomía obtenida en la matriz estructural y los factores del entorno. This research entitled Dynamics and economic structure in the Point Optical
Holguin, Holguin Medical Services Branch; it has as objective to make an analysis
of the dynamics and economic structure that it contributes to guide development
strategies in the mark of the managerial planning. For its realization were used theoretical methods as: ascent of the abstract thing to the concrete; historical and logical; analysis -synthesis and the hypothetical-deductive. They were also used as fundamental tools for obtaining information, empirical methods: statistical methods (descriptive and inferential); open unstructured interviews; documental analysis and expert´s consultation as well as the Structural Differential Method. The fundamental result of the investigation allowed to identify in the point of sale, study object, the economic indicators selected in that it is strong, and those that are of supreme importance for the Branch; to classify them starting from the behavior of the dynamics of its economic structure according to the types of Boudeville and guide the type of strategy (competitive or structural) to follow accordingly with the taxonomy obtained in the structural matrix and environmental factors.
