Proceso Contable sobre la Diversificación de los servicios Ferroviarios en la UEB Rafael Freyre

Abstract

El trabajo se realizó en la Unidad Empresarial de Base Rafael Freyre Torres, perteneciente a la Empresa Agropecuaria Reinerio Almaguer Paz, el cual lleva como Titulo “Procesos contable sobre la Diversificación de los Servicios ferroviarios en la UEB. El mismo se realizo como medio de soluciones locales de la comunidad, elevar los ingresos en moneda nacional divisa, la calidad de la Transportación rural‘’ del Municipio Rafael Freyre”, con la finalidad de determinar si factible su ejecución y financiamiento. El objetivo del trabajo es realizar un Procesos contable sobre la Diversificación de los Servicios ferroviarios al Turismo y la calidad de la transportación rural. En el proceso investigativo se emplearon varias técnicas tales como: media aritmética, la moda y porcentajes. Se aplicaron diferentes métodos financieros para conocer los resultados de la inversión: el Valor Presente Neto, la Tasa Interna del Rendimiento y el Período de Recuperación de la inversión. El aporte fundamental de la investigación es revelar la factibilidad económica financiera del proyecto de inversión y como novedad científica se puede hacer mención a la utilización del cálculo del riesgo financiero de los rendimientos en la evaluación de proyectos permitiendo la toma de decisión a los directivos de la entidad.

The study was performed in the Enterprise Unit Base, Rafael Freyre Torres, belonging to the Agricultural Company, Reinerio Almaguer Paz, which is entitled “Accounting processes on the Diversification of rail services in the UEB”. The same is done as a means of local currency and currency and the quality of National transportation in the municipality of “Rafael Freyre Torres”. It is done with the purpose of determining whether to run or not investing it. The objective of this research is to evaluate investment on rail services to tourism and quality of national transportation. In the research process were used several techniques such as arithmetic average, mode, and percentages. Different financing methods were applied to the results of investment such as: Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return and Payback Period of investment. The fundamental contribution of the research is to reveal the economic and financial feasibility of the investment project and as new scientific evidence may be mentioned the use of financial risk calculation yields in the evaluation.
