Recuperación de la producción de hortalizas en el Consejo Popular Guatemala

Abstract

El presente trabajo trata sobre la producción de hortalizas en los organopónicos huertos intensivos en el consejo popular Guatemala, la cual es insuficiente en estos momentos y provoca la insatisfacción de la población en dicho consejo. Para solucionar esta situación se realiza un procedimiento para aumentar la producción de hortalizas en el mismo, además de conocer como se siembran, se cultivan y se cosechan las mismas; se dan a conocer diferentes formas de abonar la tierras para lograr producciones ecológicas y la forma correcta de producir las semillas dentro del consejo. Durante el desarrollo del trabajo se buscan las posibles causas por la que dejaron de producirse hortalizas en el consejo. Este trabajo se efectuó mediante un proceso que contó con varias etapas que son: selección del área del huerto, selección de la materia orgánica, valoración de los elementos del clima, siembra y cosecha de los canteros y la incidencia de plagas. Los principales resultados obtenidos fueron la producción de ají Chay, aji Cachucha, habichuela y tomate lográndose la venta a la población del barrio y para el consumo de la familia. Para la recopilación de información se utilizaron varias técnicas de investigación tales como entrevistas, observación científica, estadística descriptiva, entre otras. Además se pudo demostrar que con el esfuerzo del hombre se pueden solucionar los problemas y obtener la satisfacción de la población en cuanto a la producción, la venta y el consumo de hortalizas.

The present work tries on the production of vegetables in the organopónicos and intensive orchards in the Guatemala popular advice, which is insufficient in these moments and it causes the population's dissatisfaction in this advice. To solve this situation is carried out a procedure to increase the production of vegetables in the same one, besides knowing like you harvests is cultivated and the same ones are harvested; they are given to know different forms of paying the lands to achieve ecological productions ad the correct form of producing the seeds of the advice. During the development of the work the possible causes are looked for by the one that stopped to take place vegetables in the advice. This work was effected by means of a process that had several stages that are: selection of the area of the orchard, selection of the organic matter, valuation of the elements of the climate and it harvests of the stonemasons and the incidence of plagues. The main obtained results were the production of pepper Chay, pepper Cap, bean and tomato being achieved the sale to the population of the neighborhood and for the consumption of the family. For the compilation of information several such research techniques were used as interviews, scientific observation, descriptive statistic, between others. One besides could of showing that with the man's effort the problems can be solved and to obtain the population's satisfaction as for the production, the sale and the consumption of vegetables.
