| dc.description.abstract | La Empresa GEOCUBA Oriente Norte tiene como política garantizar productos y servicios de calidad. Para mejorar los servicios que ofrece es necesario facilitar el control de las impresiones que se realizan en la misma con los diferentes medios, así como evaluar la factibilidad de las impresiones, además permita controlar con facilidad los materiales utilizados, volúmenes ejecutados según las características de impresión entre otros. Actualmente, el proceso de gestión de información de los servicios de impresión es realizado por un trabajador, resultando complejo. La información se almacena de forma manual y en formato digital, por lo que es complicado hacer búsquedas y actualizaciones. La forma en que se conserva, no garantiza protección y no asegura su disponibilidad para un acceso futuro. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo el desarrollo de un Producto Informático para optimizar el proceso de gestión de impresiones en la Empresa GEOCUBA Oriente Norte. Con el desarrollo del Sistema para la gestión de los servicios de impresión, se logró un medio que unificará los datos y garantizará la integridad y consistencia de los mismos, que posibilitará el acceso a la información fácilmente, y gestionarla de forma óptima. Para la implementación se utilizó el framework de desarrollo web de Python, Django, en conjunto con tecnologías de presentación como Twitter Bootstrap en la que se utilizan tecnologías modernas como HTML5 y CSS3. Como Gestor de Bases de Datos PostgreSQL y Apache 2 como servidor web. Para guiar el proceso ingenieril se usó la Metodología ágil de desarrollo de software XP. With the development of the System for the administration of the impression services, a means was achieved that it will unify the data and it will guarantee the integrity and consistency of the same ones that it will facilitate the access easily to the information, and to negotiate it in a good way.
