Buñuel principalmente en el área de Fabricación. Su objetivo consiste en la aplicación de un procedimiento metodológico para el diagnóstico de la actividad de Gestión de la Calidad en el área de Fabricación.
Esta metodología constituye la primera fase del procedimiento metodológico para
la implantación de un Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad aplicable a empresas vinculadas tanto a la producción como a los servicios. Para el desarrollo de la investigación se utilizaron varias técnicas: observación directa, revisión y análisis de documentos, entrevistas, encuestas y técnicas la que permitieron identificar las no conformidades . Con la realización del diagnóstico se llegó a la conclusión que el procedimiento propuesto para implantar el sistema de Gestión y Control de la Calidad en el área puede ser adaptado a condiciones de cualquier organización, ya que la entidad no tiene certificado su Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad, encontrándose en la etapa de preparación y elaboración de los documentos, teniendo un control mensual del cumplimiento de las actividades planificadas, el cumplimiento de estas acciones
de mejora influirá en los resultados positivos que requiere al área, lo que traería como consecuencia la elevación del grado de satisfacción de los clientes.
