Evaluación Económica Financiera del Proyecto de Inversión “Aprovechamiento Racional de la Madera en las áreas de desbroce minero”

Abstract

El solo hecho de realizar un estudio de factibilidad nos brinda una idea real y concreta de la situación actual de nuestras empresas. En esta tesis se presenta un estudio de factibilidad económica, realizado en la Empresa Municipal Agropecuaria (EMA) de Moa, a la inversión del parque tecnológico para el corte, extracción y beneficio de la madera, la que se ha realizado con el objetivo de Aprovechar de forma racional la madera existente en las áreas de desbroce de las minas Che Guevara y Pedro Soto Alba, la utilización de sus productos en el consumo nacional, la exportación y en la sustitución de importaciones. Para esta investigación, los cálculos se realizaron en dos variantes la primera consiste en adquirir todo el equipamiento necesario a través de una agencia. La segunda propone comprar parte de estos a la industria del níquel, de los que ya han depreciado al terminar la vida útil de estos equipos, que son restituidos y vendidos a Materias Primas. La EMA planea comprar estos equipos a este mismo valor. Para comprobar la rentabilidad de la inversión se calculó el Valor Presente Neto el cual es positivo en las dos variantes, la Tasa Interna de Retorno o de Rendimiento (TIR) en la variante I es del 2.38%, y en la variante II es de 48.07% donde la inversión la variante que se recomienda utilizar es la variante II la cual se recupera en el 3 año siendo esta la variante recomendada a utilizar después de analizarse los resultados obtenidos, ya que los resultados económicos y sociales son favorables.
