Análisis de la gestión del capital de trabajo del Centro Territorial de transporte CIMEX Holguín

Abstract

La gestión del capital de trabajo tiene un papel importante para la toma de decisiones empresariales, pues proporciona herramientas para evaluar las desviaciones en los resultados y adoptar medidas correctas y oportunas que posibiliten el logro los objetivos deseados. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar la gestión del capital de trabajo en el Centro Territorial de Transporte CIMEX de la provincia Holguín y proponer estrategias de mejora en función del crecimiento del negocio. En la investigación se elabora primeramente el marco teórico y contextual de la gestión del capital de trabajo donde se tratan las definiciones fundamentales, sus componentes y las técnicas generalmente aceptadas para su evaluación, a partir de ello se procede a confeccionar una guía metodológica que permite luego de su aplicación el análisis de la gestión del capital de trabajo en la organización, así como los factores de mayor incidencia en los resultados obtenidos en el período 2015 al cierre del 2017, evidenciando logros y deficiencias en la toma de decisiones. En la investigación se utilizan de manera interrelacionada métodos del nivel teórico como el histórico – lógico, hipotético – deductivo, la modelación y empíricos como la observación, medición y comparación, para ello se realizan procedimientos de análisis y síntesis e inducción y deducción, además se utilizan técnicas como las entrevistas a especialistas y trabajadores. Los resultados obtenidos reflejan que la gestión del capital de trabajo en la organización no es efectiva y se proponen estrategias que podrían optimizarla.

The management of working capital plays an important role in making business decisions, as it provides tools to evaluate deviations in the results and adopt correct and timely measures that make it possible to achieve the desired objectives. The objective of this research is to analyze the management of working capital in the CIMEX Transportation Territorial Center of Holguín province and to propose strategies for improvement based on the growth of the business. In the research, the theoretical and contextual framework of the working capital management is elaborated, where the fundamental definitions, their components and the generally accepted techniques for their evaluation are dealt with. From this, a methodological guide is made that allows of its application the analysis of the management of the working capital in the organization, as well as the factors of greater incidence in the results obtained in the period 2015 at the end of 2017, evidencing achievements and deficiencies in the decision making. In the research, methods of the theoretical level such as historical - logical, hypothetical - deductive, modeling and empirical, such as observation, measurement and comparison, are used in an interrelated way, for which analysis and synthesis and induction and deduction procedures are carried out. They use techniques such as interviews with specialists and workers. The results obtained reflect that the management of working capital in the organization is not effective and strategies are proposed that could optimize it.
