Propuesta de manual de normas y procedimientos para la gestión contable en la Universidad de Holguín

Abstract

Con la actualización de este Manual de Normas y Procedimientos se pretende alcanzar la optimización del proceso contable y la uniformidad de los procesos y flujo de información entre las cuatro sedes universitarias que conforman la Universidad de Holguín, (Celia Sánchez Manduley, José de la Luz y Caballero, Manuel Fajardo Ramírez y Oscar Lucero Moya). Para el logro de este objetivo, se requirió la utilización de varios métodos científicos entre los que se encuentran del nivel teórico: histórico-lógico, estudio y análisis documental, análisis-síntesis, inducción- deducción y métodos empíricos como la observación, conversación informal con los trabajadores, entrevistas y encuestas. Este trabajo de diploma en su estructura cuenta con una introducción, donde se analizan los elementos del diseño de la investigación que se realiza; un primer capítulo en el que se caracteriza el marco teórico-referencial de la investigación; un capítulo II, en el cual se describe el diagnóstico realizado y la propuesta de manual de normas y procedimientos contables que dé respuesta a la integración de la Educación Superior sucedida en la Universidad de Holguín. Se muestran las conclusiones y recomendaciones derivadas de la investigación, la bibliografía consultada y, finalmente, un grupo de anexos de necesaria inclusión como complemento de los resultados obtenidos.

With the upgrade of this Manual of Norms and Procedures it is sought to reach the optimization of the countable process and the uniformity of the processes and flow of information among the four University Headquarters that conform the University of Holguín, (The headquarters Celia Sánchez Manduley, José of the Luz and Gentleman, Manuel Fajardo Ramírez and Oscar Lucero Moya). For the achievement of this objective, the use of several scientific methods was required among those that are of the theoretical level: historical-logical, I study and documental analysis, analysis - synthesis, induction - deduction and empiric methods as the observation, informal conversation with the workers, interviews and surveys. This diploma work in its structure has an introduction, where the elements of the design of the investigation are analyzed that is carried out; a first chapter in which the mark is characterized theoretical-referencial of the investigation; a chapter II, in which is described the carried out diagnosis and the proposal of manual of norms and countable procedures that he/she gives answer to the integration of the Superior Education happened in the University of Holguín. The conclusions and derived recommendations of the investigation are shown, the consulted bibliography and, finally, a group of annexes of necessary inclusion like complement of the obtained results.
