Análisis Económico – Financiero de la Unidad Básica de Producción Cooperativa Yaguabo

Abstract

El trabajo de diploma titulado Análisis Económico - Financiero de la UBPC Yaguabo, ubicado en el municipio de Cacocum, en el cual se define como problema Científico: Insuficiencias en la utilización de las herramientas para el Análisis Económico-Financiero en la U.B.P.C impiden mostrar los factores que inciden negativamente en la utilización de sus recursos y a los directivos disponer de la información suficiente y oportuna en el proceso de toma de decisiones para lograr optimizarlos; en la investigación se emplearon métodos teóricos y empíricos entre otros para cumplir con el objetivo, Aplicar herramientas para realizar un Análisis Económico – Financiero que permita mostrar los factores que inciden negativamente en la utilización de los recursos de la U.B.P.C para optimizarlos y posibilite a los directivos contar con la información oportuna para el proceso de toma de decisiones. Como resultados se determinaron los factores que inciden de forma negativa como el envejecimiento de los ciclos de cobros y pagos que presenta la U.B.P.C está motivado por la precaria situación financiera que enfrenta la empresa Azucarera de Holguín, provocando el deterioro de ambos indicadores, para lo que se sugiere un plan de acción, que permitirá a los directivos del área económica no cuentan con los conocimientos necesarios para elaborar e interpretar un análisis económico-financiero de forma integral contar con un material de consulta para su capacitación. Se sugiere además aplicar el plan de acción propuesto para lograr cumplir con todos los principios que propiciaron la creación de las U.B.P.C.
