Sistema para la gestión de la información del proceso de control de la asignación de créditos del BANDEC en la provincia Holguín.

Abstract

A partir de lo aprobado en el 6to Congreso del Partido Comunista de Cuba con la implementación de los lineamientos de la política económica y social que el país está desarrollando, el Banco de Crédito y Comercio de la provincia de Holguín se ve en la necesidad de crear una nueva política bancaria que incorpore una diversidad de otorgamientos de créditos a la población para la compra de productos y servicios, constituyendo un aporte significativo a la actualización del modelo económico nacional. Esta demanda de créditos, impuso la necesidad de crear un mecanismo para llevar el control estadístico de los créditos que se otorgan, los que son denegados, tipos de créditos que son solicitados e importe que representan de todas las sucursales pertenecientes al BANDEC en la provincia, para lo cual se requiere de una herramienta informática que facilite y agilice dicho control, ya que esta información debe ser enviada al Banco Central de Cuba mensualmente, siendo el proceso actual demorado al ser su consolidación y envío manual, lo que incide en la veracidad y calidad de la información requerida. La propuesta fue desarrollada utilizando como metodología de desarrollo de software ICONIX, como lenguaje de programación PHP vinculado al Framework de desarrollo Symfony y el sistema gestor de base datos PostgreSQL.

Starting from that approved in the 6to Congress of the Communist Party of Cuba with theimplementation of the economic and social politics's limits that the country is developing, theBank of Credit and Trade of the county of Holguín leave in the necessity to create a new bank politics that incorporates a diversity of grants of credits to the population for the purchase of products and services, constituting a significant contribution to the upgrade of the national economic pattern. This demand of credits, imposed the necessity to create a mechanism to take the statistical control of the credits that you/they are granted, those that are refused, types of credits that are requested and care that they represent of all the branches belonging to BANDEC in the county, for that which is required of a computer tool that facilitates and speed up this control, since this information should be monthly a correspondent to the Central Bank of Cuba, being the current process delayed the being its consolidation and manual shipment, what impacts in the truthfulness and quality of the required information. The proposal was developed using as methodology of software development ICONIX, as programming language PHP linked the development Framework Symfony and the system agent of base data PostgreSQL.
