Sistema para la gestión de los expedientes en el departamento administrativo de la Vivienda de la Dirección Provincial de Holguín.

Abstract

En la Dirección Provincial de la Vivienda de Holguín, específicamente en el departamento de administración se necesita el desarrollo de un sistema que permita llevar un mejor control del proceso de gestión de los expedientes de administración de la vivienda. Actualmente toda la información se realiza manualmente lo que trae como consecuencia que sea poco confiable y exista cúmulo de trabajo diario; incurriéndose en demoras y errores que afectan la eficiencia y confiabilidad de la información que se procesa. Partiendo de estas deficiencias en la presente investigación se planteó como objetivo desarrollar un producto informático que favorezca la gestión de información referente a los expedientes de la vivienda y su control en el Departamento de Administración de la Dirección Provincial de la Vivienda en Holguín , que sea capaz de brindar seguridad e integridad a los datos; evitando la duplicidad de la información y garantizando el rápido acceso a la documentación, para que el proceso pueda tener la calidad requerida. Para el desarrollo de la solución propuesta se emplea la Metodología de Desarrollo de Software Iconix, como Gestor de Bases de Datos MySQL, lenguaje de programación PHP, con el Framework Codeigniter y como servidor Web Apache. Este conjunto de herramientas permitió obtener una aplicación Web con un ambiente amigable, robusto y confiable.

In the Provincial Direction of the Housing of Holguín, specifically in the administration department the development of a system is needed that allows to take a better control of the process of administration of the files of administration of the housing. At the moment the whole information is carried out what results in that is not very reliable manually and exist heap working newspaper; being incurred in delays and errors that affect the efficiency and dependability of the information that it is processed. Leaving of these deficiencies in the present investigation thought about as objective to develop a computer product that favors the administration of information with respect to the files of the housing and their control in the Department of Administration of the Provincial Direction of the Housing in Holguín that is able to offer security and integrity to the data; avoiding the duplicity of the information and guaranteeing the quick access to the documentation, so that the process can have the required quality. For the development of the proposed solution the Methodology of Development of Software Iconix is used, as Agent of Databases MySQL, programming language PHP, with the Framework Codeigniter and I eat servant Apache Web. This group of tools allowed to obtaining an application web with a friendly, robust and reliable atmosphere.
