Diagnóstico prospectivo estratégico del municipio Cacocum

Abstract

La presente investigación en opción al título de Licenciada en Economía se titula ¨Diagnóstico prospectivo estratégico del municipio Cacocum¨. Con el objetivo de realizar el diagnóstico estratégico de manera que favorezca la elaboración de la estrategia de desarrollo del municipio Cacocum, se propone el procedimiento de concertación multinivel para la Estrategia de Desarrollo Municipal. El análisis consta de cuatro etapas, desarrolladas en catorce pasos, de las cuales solo se utiliza el último paso de la etapa uno, creando las condiciones básicas para desarrollar el diagnóstico, y la segunda etapa para conocer las fortalezas y debilidades del territorio, obviando de esta el paso ocho. El estudio realizado demostró que el municipio para el período 2010-2015 presenta un nivel de desarrollo bajo, clasificándose como territorio rezagado por ubicarse las dimensiones económica, demográfica, de infraestructura, medio ambiental y social por debajo de la media de resultado y de la media causal a nivel provincial, siendo una región que presenta las peores condiciones y sus aportes a la economía no superan la media provincial. Para el logro de estos resultados se utilizaron métodos tanto teóricos: el histórico lógico, el análisis y la síntesis, el hipotético-deductivo y la inducción-deducción, como empíricos: la observación, las técnicas de análisis regional, los métodos estadísticos informáticos

The present investigation in option to Licenciada's title in Economia names of the municipality Cacocum itself diagnosticly prospective strategic. For the sake of accomplishing the strategic diagnosis so that Cacocum favor the elaboration of the strategy of development of the municipality, the procedure of multilevel concertation for Municipal Desarrollo's Strategy proposes itself. The analysis consists of four stages, developed in fourteen steps, of the ones that only, one utilizes the latter step of the stage of one, creating the basic conditions to develop the diagnosis, and stage to know fortresses and weaknesses of the territory seconds her. The realized study demonstrated than the municipality for the period 2010 -2015 presents a level of low development, classifying like territory left behind in order to find his place the cost-reducing, demographic, infrastructure, half environmental and social dimensions below the average of result and of half a cause to provincial level, being a region that presents the worst condition and his contributions to economy do not surpass the provincial stocking. For the achievement of these results utilized him methods so much theoreticians: The historic logician, analysis and the synthesis, the hypothetic deductive and induction deduction, like empiricists: The observation, the techniques of regional analysis, and the information-technology statistical methods.
