Evaluación del rendimiento agroindustrial de 4 variedades del Licopersicum sculentus L. (tomate) producidos en condiciones de campo en la UBPC Juan J. Fornet.

Abstract

El experimento se realizó en condiciones de campo, en áreas pertenecientes a la UBPC Juan J Fornet perteneciente a la Empresa Agropecuaria Reynerio Almaguer del municipio Rafael Freyre, Holguín, en el período Octubre-Enero del 2012-2013, con el objetivo de Evaluar el comportamiento del rendimiento agroindustrial de diferentes variedades del Licopersicum sculentus L. (tomate) para conocer cuál es la mejor adaptada a las condiciones edafoclimáticas existentes, disminuyéndose así los costos de producción. Siguiendo un diseño experimental bloques al azar se realizaron las evaluaciones en dos fases, una agrícola y la otra en su fase industrial, en la primera se evaluó el número de fruto por planta, y el Rendimiento agrícola (t.ha- 1) y en la segunda los principales Indicadores de Calidad y el Rendimiento Industrial. En ambos casos que los indicadores mostraron diferencias significativas al ser analizados por la prueba de comparación múltiple de media Tukey. Sobre la base de los resultados obtenidos se comprobó la variedad Amalia mostró un mejor comportamiento en todos los indicadores evaluados, mostrando valores de rendimiento de 46.2 t.ha-1 superando a las demás variedades evaluadas, incluyendo al testigo. Además desde el punto de vista económico propició un beneficio de 90,06 miles de pesos por ha, un beneficio/costo de 8,84 y un costo por peso de 0,11.

The experiment was carried out under field conditions, in areas belonging to the UBPC Juan J Fornet belonging to the Agricultural Company Reynerio Almaguer of the municipality Rafael Freyre, Holguín, in the period October-January of the 2012-2013, with the objective of Evaluating the behavior of the agroindustrial yield of different varieties of the Licopersicum sculentus L. (tomato) to know which the best is adapted to the conditions existent edafoclimáticas, diminishing this way the costs of production. Following a design experimental blocks at random was carried out the evaluations in two phases, an agricultural one and the other one in their industrial phase, in the first one the fruit number was evaluated by plant, and the agricultural Yield (t. have-1) and in second o'clock the main Indicators of Quality and the Industrial Yield. In both cases that the indicators showed significant differences when being analyzed by the test of multiple comparison of half Tukey. On the base of the obtained results he/she was proven the variety Amalia it showed a better behavior in all the valued indicators, showing securities of yield of 46. 2 t. have-1 overcoming to the other valued varieties, including the witness. Also from the economic point of view it propitiated a benefit of 90,06 thousands of pesos for there is, a beneficio/costo of 8,84 and a cost for weight of 0,11.
