Caracterización de tipología de usufructuarios de tierra en el municipio de Báguanos.

Abstract

Con el objetivo de caracterizar la tipología de fincas en usufructo de tierra del municipio Báguanos como pauta para el desarrollo sostenible de esas fincas, se realizó una investigación descriptiva en el periodo noviembre de 2016 hasta febrero de 2017. Se aplicaron entrevistas semiestructuradas a una muestra de 82 productores y el procesamiento se realizó con los programas estadísticos Statgraphics. 15 y SPSS. 22. En base a las variables fundamentales (área total, dedicación fundamental, disponibilidad de agua, número de personas como fuerza de trabajo en la finca y otro trabajo desempeñado por el usufructuario) se obtuvieron tres conglomerados por el método de Ward, con lo que se identificó una tipología que caracteriza las fincas en tres grupos. Los resultados obtenidos muestran características bien definidas para los grupos: 1) Fincas ganaderas donde predominan usufructuarios del decreto ley 259 y beneficiados por varios decretos que no poseen otro trabajo y áreas grandes. 2) Fincas de cultivos varios donde predominan usufructuarios del decreto ley 259 que no poseen otro trabajo y son áreas pequeñas. 3) Fincas de cultivos varios donde predominan usufructuarios del decreto ley 356 vinculados a otro trabajo con áreas medianas. Se recomienda extender el estudio de tipologías al programa de entrega de tierras ociosas en usufructo.

With the objective of characterizing the tipology of properties in usufruct of lands of the municipality Báguanos like rule for the sustainable development of those properties, I was carried out a descriptive investigation in the period November of 2016 until February of 2017. Interviews were applied to a sample of 82 producers and the prosecution was carried out with the statistical programs Statgraphics. 15 and SPSS. 22. Based on the fundamental variables (total area, fundamental dedication, readiness of water, people's number like work force in the property and another work carried out by the usufructuary) three conglomerates were obtained by the method of Ward, with what a tipology was identified that characterizes the properties in three groups. The obtained results show characteristic very defined for the groups: 1) cattle properties where they prevail usufructuary of the ordinance law 259 and benefitted by several ordinances that don't possess another work and big areas. 2) properties of several cultivations where they prevail usufructuary of the ordinance law 259 that don't possess another work and they are small areas. 3) properties of several cultivations where they prevail usufructuary of the ordinance law 356 linked to another work with medium areas. It is recommended to extend the tipology study to the program of delivery of lazy lands in usufruct.
