Aplicación parcial de un procedimiento para la gestión del sistema de inventario en la Empresa Agropecuaria ¨Antonio Maceo¨.

Abstract

La gestión de inventario como parte del proceso logístico, que garantiza la entrada de recursos al sistema en la cantidad, calidad y enel momento requerido, es un tema de gran interés en la actualidad, para el logro de la eficiencia y la eficacia en las empresas de servicios. La función de aprovisionamiento como parte del proceso logístico encargado de garantizar la entrada de recursos al sistema en la cantidad, calidad y momento requerido, ha sufrido deficiencias en su funcionamiento dentro de las empresas tanto productivas como de servicios. El presente trabajo de diploma tiene como objetivoaplicación de un procedimiento para la mejora continua de la gestión de aprovisionamiento en la empresa agropecuaria “Antonio Maceo”. A partir de la cual se detectaron una serie de irregularidades relacionadas con la gestión de inventario y el aprovechamiento del área de almacén, para lo cual se proyectaron una serie de soluciones. En la investigación se utilizaron como métodos esenciales el histórico-lógico, el análisis-síntesis, el inductivo-deductivo y la observación. Como principal resultado se obtiene las principales deficiencias del sistema degestión de inventario en la empresa agropecuaria “Antonio Maceo”.
