Propuesta de una metodología para el perfeccionamiento del Sistema de Costo en la Universidad de Holguín “Oscar Lucero Moya”

Abstract

La presente investigación se realizó en la Universidad de Holguín “Oscar Lucero Moya”, debido a la necesidad de un material, que les proporcionara técnicas y métodos necesarios para efectuar un análisis profundo y eficiente de los costos, razón por la cual se les torna difícil obtener una información amplia y oportuna de este indicador, para planificar los gastos de forma certera y utilizarlos como una herramienta eficaz de dirección. Para solucionar estas dificultades se propuso el objetivo siguiente: proponer una metodología para el perfeccionamiento del sistema de costo en la Universidad de Holguín, que permita la planificación, cálculo y análisis del costo real por cada centro de costo. Para el desarrollo de la investigación se emplearon de forma interrelacionada métodos y técnicas del conocimiento teórico y empírico dado el carácter sistémico que ha de tener toda investigación, como son analítico–sintético, lógico-abstracto, inductivodeductivo, observación y revisión de documentos existentes en la Universidad, específicamente los relacionados con la recopilación de la información primaria. Como resultado del trabajo se logró proponer una metodología parar el perfeccionamiento del sistema de costo que simplificara el proceso de planificación, control e información de los costos; contribuyera a un mejor aprovechamiento del presupuesto asignado y una correcta distribución de los costos, además de un proceso más eficiente.

The present investigation was carried out in the University of Holguín "Oscar Lucero Moya", due to the necessity of a material that provided them technical and necessary methods to make a deep and efficient analysis of the costs, reason for the one which you them difficult restitution to obtain a wide and opportune information of this indicator, to plan the expenses in a good way and to use them like an effective tool of address. To solve these difficulties he/she intended the following objective: to propose a methodology for the improvement of the cost system in the University of Holguín that allows the planning, calculation and analysis of the real cost for each cost center. For the development of the investigation they were used in way interrelated methods and technical of the given theoretical and empiric knowledge the systemic character that must have all investigation, like they are analytic-synthetic, logical-abstract, inductive-deductive, observation and revision of existent documents in the University, specifically those related with the summary of the primary information. As a result of the work it was possible to intend a methodology to stop the improvement of the cost system that simplified the process of planning, control and information of the costs; it contributed to a better use of the assigned budget and a correct distribution of the costs, besides a more efficient process.
