Estructura y Funcionamiento del Trabajo Científico Estudiantil en la Carrera de Derecho en la Universidad de Holguín

Abstract

Las indagaciones realizadas por la autora arrogaron la necesidad de un estudio de la estructura del trabajo científico estudiantil en la Carrera, la que no se plantea una estrategia para su funcionamiento, así como para la recopilación y almacenamiento de esta labor estudiantil. A partir de lo anterior se define como objetivo general, valorar la estructura y funcionamiento del trabajo científico estudiantil en la carrera de Derecho en Holguín, a través de una base de datos de los trabajos de diploma del período, de la cual se puede obtener precisión, organización y rapidez en la búsqueda del material científico. Para el cumplimiento al objetivo trazado se emplearon métodos de investigación científica del nivel teórico e empírico, tales como el histórico-lógico, el análisis documental, el sistémico-estructural-funcional, y otros acordes al objeto y campo propuestos. Los principales resultados expresados en el primer capítulo son las valoraciones acerca de los estudios de Derecho que surgen con la misma universidad, y el análisis de las regulaciones en materia de trabajo científico estudiantil en las disposiciones del Ministerio de Educación Superior. En el segundo capítulo, como lógica de continuidad del primero, presenta la caracterización y valoración de la estructura y el funcionamiento del trabajo científico estudiantil en la Carrera, el cual muestra una lógica que permite el desenvolvimiento del mismo, aun cuando presente elementos vulnerables, y una base de datos de los trabajos de diploma, oportunamente evaluada por especialistas, que permite la interacción con la misma.

The inquiries carried out by the author yielded the need for a study on the structure of student scientific work in the Law major in Holguín, which does not have, either a strategy for its operation, or for the collection and storage of student scientific work. Thus, this research work has as its main objective: to assess the structure and functioning of student scientific work in the Law Major in Holguin, through a database of diploma work carried out by students during the period of application of Curriculum ¨D¨. This Diploma Paper also helps attain accuracy, organization and speed in the search for scientific material in the Law Major. To comply with the outlined objective, scientific research methods of the theoretical and empirical levels were used, such as the historical-logical, the documentary analysis, the systemic-structural-functional, and others, according to the object and the scope of action proposed. The main results expressed in Chapter I consist of the assessment on some studies of Law that arise together with the merging of the university itself, and the analysis of the regulations that regard scientific student work in the dispositions of the Ministry of Higher Education in Cuba. Chapter II presents, first, the characterization and evaluation of the structure and functioning of scientific student work in the Law Major, which shows a logic that allows its development, even when presenting vulnerable elements, and, secondly, a database of the diploma works, appropriately evaluated by specialists that allows the interaction with such database
