Ejercicios técnicos metodológicos para la enseñanza del saque por abajo de frente en atletas de Voleibol categoría pioneril

Abstract

La investigación se realizó al equipo de Voleibol pertenecientes a la categoría 1 1 - 12 años pioneril del eslabón de base, la cual tuvo como objetivo, recopilar ejercicios técnicos metodológicos para contribuir al mejoramiento de la enseñanza del saque por abajo de frente en atletas de Voleibol del municipio Rafael Freyre; el autor utilizó métodos de nivel teórico, empíricos y matemático – estadístico permitiendo diagnosticar antecedentes y situación actual de la temática investigada, así como la triangulación, con los resultados obtenidos, el estudio cumplió y dio solución a la problemática planteada en este deporte, brindándole a los entrenadores una recopilación de ejercicios técnicos metodológicos, que les permitan enfrentar y dar solución, a las limitantes que existen en estos atletas con respecto a la enseñanza y aprendizaje del elemento técnico saque por debajo de frente en voleibolistas pioneriles del municipio Rafael Freyre de la provincia de Holguín.
