Planificación estratégica para el béisbol pioneril del municipio Urbano Noris

Abstract

La presente investigación se realiza con el objetivo de proponer una planificación estratégica de dirección para el béisbol pioneril del municipio Urbano Noris, para ello se utilizaron métodos teóricos como el histórico – lógico, analítico – sintético e inductivo – deductivo y del nivel empírico la encuesta, la entrevista y la observación científica, el escalamiento tipo likert fue utilizado para validar la factibilidad de la estrategia, esta metodología nos proporciona la información y elementos necesarios para elaborar la planificación estratégica para el béisbol pioneril como resultado fundamental del trabajo investigativo realizado. Se validó la propuesta con el 100% de los especialistas otorgando la categoría de acuerdo o muy de acuerdo a la estrategia de forma general y de igual manera a los 17 items de la planificación estratégica propuesta.

The present investigation is carried out with the objective of proposing a strategic management planning for the pioneering baseball of the Urbano Noris municipality, for which theoretical methods such as the historical - logical, analytical - synthetic and inductive - deductive and the empirical level of the survey were used, the interview and the scientific observation, the likert-type scaling was used to validate the feasibility of the strategy, this methodology provides us with the information and elements necessary to prepare the strategic planning for pioneer baseball as a fundamental result of the investigative work carried out. The proposal was validated with 100% of the specialists granting the category of agreement or very according to the strategy in general and in the same way to the 17 items of the proposed strategic planning.
