Diseño y aplicación de un programa de auditoría de desempeño al proceso de reforestación en la Empresa Agroforestal Holguín

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como título “Diseño y aplicación de un programa de auditoría de desempeño al proceso de reforestación en la Empresa Agroforestal Holguín” y fue realizado con el fin de determinar las causas que afectan la economía, la eficiencia y la eficacia en el desempeño del proceso productivo. Está estructurado en dos capítulos en el primero se muestra la fundamentación Teórico Conceptual, haciendo alusión a diversos aspectos relacionados con la evolución histórica de la auditoría y específicamente todo lo relacionado con la Auditoría de Desempeño y el proceso de reforestación y en el capítulo II se realiza la caracterización de la entidad, la evaluación del sistema de control interno y se establece todo el estudio del comportamiento del proceso de reforestación, la fuerza laboral, el cumplimiento de los objetivos y metas, teniendo en cuenta las tendencias, así como el análisis de su efectividad, confeccionando papeles de trabajo con el objetivo de mostrar el trabajo realizado, determinando las debilidades que se presentan para lograr los objetivos previstos, presentando el informe de la auditoría donde se detallan los problemas detectados en la investigación y el plan de acción desarrollado. Además se establecen Conclusiones y Recomendaciones derivadas de la investigación; la bibliografía y referencias consultadas y los anexos necesarios.
