Diagnóstico a la gestión de la responsabilidad social universitaria en las carreras de Ciencias Económicas de la Facultad de Ciencias Empresariales y Administración

Abstract

En la actualidad la Responsabilidad Social resulta una necesidad en las Instituciones de Educación Superior, entendida esta como la búsqueda de soluciones viables a las demandas de la sociedad, en la formación de los futuros profesionales como una fuerza promotora y gestora del cambio. Con el objetivo de conocer el nivel de la RSU en la FACCEA en las carreras de Ciencias Económicas se aplica un diagnóstico desplegado en tres fases y tres etapas que permiten la valoración de nueve indicadores, impacto de la carrera en el territorio, frecuencia de la evaluación del impacto, relacion entre el plan de estudio y el entorno, las carreras de Ciencias Económicas y necesidad del territorio, calidad del egresado, los procesos universitarios, conocimientos de RSU, los planes de estudio y la RSU, la RSU y el entorno. Los resultados alcanzados indican que persisten insuficiencias en cada uno de ellos, lo cual permitió definir las estrategias particulares. En este contexto la universidad debe involucrarse con las organizaciones, la comunidad y el gobierno como un factor de transformación social para la construcción de un entorno inclusivo, equitativo y sustentable, que promueva el éxito de la sociedad.

SUMMARY As of the present moment the Social Responsibility proves to be a need at the Institutions of Higher Education, once the requests of the society was understood this like the quest of viable solutions, in the formation of the professional futures like a promoter force and manager of the change. A diagnosis displayed in three phases and three stages that allow to the assessment of nine indicators, impact of the race at the territory, frequency of the evaluation of the impact, relation between the study program and the surroundings, the races of Economics and need of the territory, quality of the graduate, the university processes, RSU's knowledge, the study programs and the RSU, the RSU and the surroundings is applicable for the sake of knowing the level of the RSU in the FACCEA in the races of Economics. The attained results suggest that insufficiencies in each one of them persist, which allowed defining the particular strategies. The university must get involved with the organizations in this context, the community and the Government like a factor of social transformation for the construction of an inclusive, equitable and sustainable surroundings that promote the success of the society.
