La formación profesional del Ingeniero Civil desde la práctica laboral investigativa en el cuarto año

Abstract

En la Universidad de Holguín, en la carrera Ingeniería Civil se implementa el Plan de Estudio E, el cual concibe las prácticas laborales como forma organizativa del proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje. A partir de un diagnóstico realizado a las prácticas laborales realizadas en el curso 2021, práctica laboral de Trabajos Básicos de Ingeniería y de Tecnología, en el primer y segundo año respectivamente, se pudo constatar que existen deficiencias y limitaciones en el proceso de planificación y organización lo cual afecta el desarrollo del proceso de formación profesional de los estudiantes. En este plan de estudio, en el cuarto año nace la asignatura llamada práctica laboral de Dirección de Ejecución de Obras, en el cual los estudiantes demostrarán en la etapa final de sus estudios la preparación como profesionales, donde participarán en la dirección de la ejecución de las obras junto a los ingenieros doblando el cargo de ingeniero a pie de obra. Debido a la importancia que posee realizar una buena organización de la práctica laboral en el cuarto año de la carrera Ingeniería Civil, surge como objetivo de la tesis elaborar un procedimiento que permita contribuir al mejoramiento de la formación profesional del ingeniero civil desde la práctica laboral investigativa en el cuarto año de la carrera por del Plan de Estudio E. Para su desarrollo se utilizaron métodos de investigación del nivel teórico, empírico, estadísticos y matemáticos que permitieron constatar las insuficiencias en el proceso de formación y considerar los nodos de contenidos para el año académico.
