| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo se realizó en la en la Empresa de Caldera Alastor Holguín, donde se diseñó un
procedimiento para el diseño de unidades organizativas de servicios y su seguida aplicación,
ejecutándose en los municipios de Mayarí, Moa-Sagua, Banes- Antilla y el Polo Turístico de
Guardalavaca y Pesquero de forma que se satisfagan las necesidades actuales con la demanda
existente.
En el capítulo primero se realiza una revisión y consulta de la bibliografía especializada en la
materia y en el segundo el diseño del procedimiento para diseñar unidades de servicios, el cual es
utilizado en el siguiente capítulo obteniendo resultados favorables en esta investigación y de gran
utilidad para la organización objeto de estudio y para otras que su objeto social sean los servicios.The present work was carried out in the Company of Boiler Alastor of Holguín, where a procedure
was designed for the design of units of services and its followed application, being executed in the
municipality of Moa, Mayarí, Banes and Tourist Polo the Guardalavaca and Pesquero, so that it is
satisfied the current necessities with the existent demand.
In the first chapter it is carried out a revision and consultation of the bibliography specialized in the
matter and in the second the design of the procedure to design units of services, which is used in
the following chapter obtaining favorable results in this investigation and of great utility for the
