Estudio estructural del generador de vapor del bloque 2 de la CTE de Felton y análisis de sus fallos

Abstract

Este trabajo hace una amplia descripción técnica de las diferentes partes del generador de vapor del bloque 2 de la CTE de Felton, se describe el ciclo agua vapor, sistema aire gases y sistema de bombeo de petróleo. Se resumen las salidas de línea más significativas por averías en caldera en todo el año 2008 analizándose todas las causas directas, las acciones correctoras en cada evento y cuantificando la energía indisponible además del tiempo fuera de servicio. Describe el ciclo de mtto llevado a cabo en caldera con toda la estructura y metodología para su ejecución. Se aprecia con claridad que ha habido un deterioro de las partes de la caldera en lo que contempla a conductos de gases, superficies evaporativas y eje convectivo en general. La causa fundamental de este deterioro es sin dudas la falta de mtto y la escasez de piezas de repuesto, a esto se le suma para acelerar este deterioro el comienzo de la quema del crudo nacional, debido alto contenido de azufre, vanadiun y otras sustancias más que afectan la vida útil de los metales de caldera. This work ago a wide technical description of the different parts of the boiler of the block 2 of the CTE of Felton, the cycle is described it dilutes vapor, system air gases, and system of pumping of petroleum. The most significant line exits are summarized by mishaps in boiler in the whole year 2008 being analyzed all the direct causes, the actions proofreaders in each event and quantifying the energy indisponible besides the time outside of service. It describes the mtto cycle carried out in boiler with the whole structure and methodology for their execution. It is appreciated with clarity that there has been a deterioration of the parts of the boiler in what contemplates to conduits of gases, surfaces evaporativas and axis convectivo in general. The fundamental cause of this deterioration is without doubts the mtto lack and the shortage of spare parts, to this sum to accelerate this deterioration the beginning of it burns it of the raw one national for the whole high content of sulfur, vanadiun and other substances more than they affect the useful life of the boiler metals
