Rediseño de la cama del camión Weichai modelo (ND1250W282N) para el transporte de la caña de azúcar

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como finalidad la propuesta de un nuevo diseño de la zona de carga (cama) del camión Weichai modelo (ND1250W28N) que se emplea para el transporte de la caña de azúcar en nuestro país, se toma como punto de partida el análisis dimensional y funcional de la estructura de la cama que posee actualmente. Se estudia como influyen los parámetros constructivos y de diseño del cesto de carga en la actividad de descarga del vehículo. También se analiza el vínculo que tiene el camión WEICHAI en la producción de azúcar en general, y en particular su nexo con el remolque al que se acopla, de modo que la eficiencia de la actividad de transporte de la cosecha cañera se maximice. Se profundizó en el estudio de la actividad del transporte de la caña de azúcar, en específico en el tiempo de descarga que compone el ciclo de transportación. A partir del estudio y análisis de las mediciones tomadas en el área de descarga del central donde se encuentran ubicados los basculadores, se concluyó que era necesario modificar el modo en que se realiza la basculación, de modo que el tiempo invertido en esta actividad se redujera al máximo y conello el tiempo del ciclo de viaje, lo que incide positivamente en un mejor aprovechamiento del parque de equipos disponibles. The present work has as purpose the proposal of a new design of the load area (bed) of the truck Weichai model (ND1250W28N) that is used for the transport of the cane of sugar in our country; takes as starting point the dimensional and functional analysis of the structure of the bed that possesses at the moment. It was deepened in the study of the activity of the transport of the cane of sugar, in specific in the time of discharge that it composes the transportation cycle. Starting from the study and analysis of the mensurations taken in the area of discharge of the central one where the basculator is located, you concluded that it was necessary to modify the way in that he/she is carried out the way basculatión that the time invested in this activity decreased to the maximum and with it the time of the trip cycle, what impacts positively in a better use of the park of available teams.
