Predicción del consumo de portadores energéticos en la Cervecería Bucanero SA, con el empleo de las Redes Neuronales Artificiales.

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se propone una solución práctica al problema de la predicción del consumo de portadores energéticos en la Cervecería Bucanero S.A., con la aplicación de las Redes Neuronales Artificiales (RNA), se resuelve el problema de la complejidad de los modelos de predicción tradicionales, a partir de los factores que realmente afectan el consumo energético, en el problema que nos ocupa en esta investigación el factor principal que influye sobre el consumo de los portadores energéticos, es la producción y las diferentes áreas consumidoras de los portadores en la fábrica. Con el modelo desarrollado se realizará la predicción del consumo energético en las diferentes áreas lo que permitirá la realización de estrategias para el ajuste en los planes de consumo asignados. Para ello se utilizó una base de datos que refleja el comportamiento de los consumos en las diferentes áreas durante los últimos tres años y la relación existente entre los consumos de los portadores energéticos y los niveles de producción de la fábrica. Presently work intends a practical solution to the problem of the prediction of the consumption of energy payees in the Brewery Bucanero S.A., with the application of the Nets Artificial Networks (NAN), is solve the problem of the complexity of the traditional prediction models, starting from the factors that really affect the energy consumption, in the problem that occupies us in this investigation the main factor that influences on the consumption of the energy payees, is the production and the different areas consumers of the payees in the factory. With the developed pattern will be carried out the prediction of the energy consumption in the different areas what will allow the realization of strategies for the adjustment in the assigned consumption plans. For it was used it a database that reflects the behavior of the consumptions in the different areas during the last three years and the existent relationship between the consumptions of the energy payees and the levels of production of the factory.
