Tecnología de obtención del Ferromanganeso en horno de Cubilote bajo las condiciones específicas de la Empresa de Fundición Acero-Hierro

Abstract

En la presente investigación se muestra la solución a la tarea del banco de problemas de la Empresa de Fundiciones Acero-Hierro de Holguín, sobre la necesidad de buscar alternativas de materias primas y materiales más baratos en la producción de fundidos de metales ferrosos y no ferrosos, bajo las condiciones específicas de la EFAH. Se realiza un estudio de los antecedentes y el estado actual de la producción del ferromanganeso se expone en detalle todos los elementos que componen la metodología para el cálculo de los parámetros tecnológicos en la producción del ferromanganeso. Se describe la metodología seguida con el fin de demostrar y comprobar la hipótesis planteada, que satisface los objetivos planteados y establece una tecnología alternativa de obtención de FeMn de una manara competitiva, sostenible y sustentable. In the present investigation the solution is the task of the bank of problems of the Company of Smeltings Acero-Hierro de Holguin, on the necessity to look for cheaper alternatives of raw materials and material in the production of fused of ferrous and nonferrous metals, under the specific conditions of the EFAH. A study of the antecedents is made and the present state of the production of ferromanganeso exposes in detail all the elements that compose the methodology for the calculation of the technological parameters in the production of ferromanganeso. The methodology followed with the purpose of demonstrating is described and verifying the raised hypothesis, that it satisfies the raised objectives and it establishes an alternative technology of obtaining of FeMn of one flowed competitive, sustainable and sustentable.
