Tecnología de recuperación del brazo de la cremallera de la máquina AMF-5000
Abstract
El trabajo consiste en realizar un estudio sobre la causa de la rotura y la recuperación
más idónea del brazo de la cremallera de las máquinas AMF 5000 de la Empresa de
Cigarros Lázaro Peña de la Provincia de Holguín. Esta pieza está sometida a una serie
de factores que provocan la rotura del brazo, convirtiéndola en una pieza inservible y
afectando considerablemente la capacidad productiva de la fábrica. Se utilizan como
métodos el análisis metalográfico, el estudio cinemático y los procesos tecnológicos
típicos para la recuperación de piezas. La simulación por computadoras a través del
método de los elementos finitos permite estudiar el fenómeno en cuestión y la
efectividad de la tecnología idónea para su recuperación, con el objetivo de lograr una
mayor longevidad de la pieza. The work consists on carrying out a study on the cause of the break and the most
suitable recovery in the arm of the zipper of the machines AMF 5000 of the Company of
Cigarettes Lázaro Peña of the County of Holguín. This piece is subjected to a series of
factors that you/they induce the break of the arm, transforming it into an useless piece
and affecting the productive capacity of the factory considerably. They are used as
methods the analysis metallographic, the cinematic study and the technological typical
processes for the recovery of pieces. The simulation for computers through the method
of the finite elements allows to study the cause that provokes the deterioration of the
same one and the effectiveness of the suitable technology for its recovery, with the
objective of achieving a bigger longevity of the piece.
