El Periodismo hipermedia y la aplicación de sus herramientas en el sitio www.radiobayamo.icrt.cu

Abstract

La presente investigación realiza una descripción del uso de los principios del Periodismo Hipermedia en la web periodística www.radiobayamo.icrt.cu. El estudio se propone analizar de forma general la hipertextualidad, la multimedialidad y la interactividad en el sitio. De esta forma aportar conocimientos para crear contenidos informativos desde la perspectiva de lo que acontece en este territorio. Además recoge las principales características del sitio desde su publicación on line hasta la actualidad, con el objetivo de recopilar parte de su historia. Los resultados demuestran que en la redacción digital de Radio Bayamo, los periodistas desaprovechan las posibilidades expresivas que la Red de Redes ha descubierto y se limitan a publicar productos comunicativos que son más efectivos en el medio tradicional. Además aporta valiosos conocimientos que posibilitan implementar estrategias necesarias para su desarrollo.

The current investigation describes the use of the principles of hypermedia journalism in the website www.radiobayamo.icrt.cu. The research analyses hypertext, hypermedia and interactivity in a general way. These elements are important tools when it comes to publishing journalistic works on the Internet and in this way create informative content about Granma province´s reality taking into account what may be a news in this part of the country. Besides, it encloses the main features of the website from its creation to present day in order to gather a part of its history. The outcomes demonstrate that in the newspaper office, journalists do not take advantage of the chances the Internet has brought to journalism and they restrict theselves by publishing communicative products which are more effective in traditional media. Moreover, it provides valuable knowledge which makes possible the implementation of important strategies to achive a greater development.
