| dc.description.abstract | El Departamento de Recursos Humanos de la UBPI Holguín en la EMPI-FAR gestiona toda la información referente a los trabajadores. Actualmente resulta trabajoso el registro, control y consulta de los datos que en el mismo se manejan pues toda la información no está digitalizada.
La investigación tiene como objetivo desarrollar un sistema para informatizar la gestión de los expedientes laborales en el Departamento de Recursos Humanos de la UBPI Holguín.Para cumplir de forma exitosa con la ejecución del proceso de desarrollo de software del presente trabajo se utilizóel lenguaje de programación Java, elframework ZK, Hibernate, como SGBD PostgreSQL, el entorno de desarrollo integrado Eclipse, el servidor web Apache Tomcat y la herramienta iReport como método de salida para los reportes.
De igual forma se seleccionó la metodología de desarrollo Iconixcomo la más adecuada para la elaboración de la aplicación propuesta, con la herramienta Enterprise Architect.Como resultado se obtuvo un producto informático sostenible que satisface las necesidades que lo originaron, así como un resumen del estudio bibliográfico realizado. The UBPI Holguín Human Resources Department in the EMPI-FAR manage all the information about the workers. Currently is very tedious keeping the tracks and have control of the data managed by department itself, mainly because the information is not digital.
The goal of the research is to develop an informatics system that manages the workers records in the UBPI Holguin Human Resources Department.In order to finish successfully the process of software development of the current work, the Java programming Language, ZK framework, Hibernate ORM, PostgreSQL database management system, Eclipse integrated development environment, Apache Tomcat application server and the iReport engine were used.
The same way, Iconix was selected as the more adequate software development methodology for building the proposed application using the Enterprise Architect tool.As result a sustainable product that satisfy the needs of the client was obtained, and also a brief bibliographic study of conducted one. | es_ES |
