Propuesta Metodológica para el Análisis de Efectividad Económica en la Empresa Comercializadora de Combustible Holguín.

Abstract

Este trabajo muestra una propuesta metodológica para análisis de la efectividad económica en la Empresa Comercializadora de Combustible Holguín. El trabajo está estructurado en tres capítulos, en el primero se hace un análisis teórico conceptual del proceso de administración y del papel que juega el análisis económico como fuente de información para la toma de decisiones. En el segundo capítulo se presentó y fundamentó una metodología para el análisis de la efectividad económica de la ECC Holguín la cual es novedosa pues contiene variables y las interacciones que se dan entre estas de forma integradas. No se tienen precedentes sobre la forma de analizar y presentar eficiencia, eficacia y efectividad, como información para la toma de decisiones. Todo lo anterior preparó el camino para el tercer capítulo realizar un análisis de viabilidad y aplicación de la metodología en la empresa mencionada anteriormente y de la cual se tuvo una prelación de las restricciones fundamentales que impiden el cambio de la situación límite y el incremento continuo de la meta de la organización.This work show one suggestion methodology for analysis of the economical effective in the Holguín Fuel Trade Company. The work is structured in three chapters, in the first becomes a theoretical conceptual analysis of the process of administration and of the paper that plays the economical analysis like fountain of information for the taking of decisions. In the second chapter was introduced a methodology for the analysis of the economical effective of the ECC Holguín who it is newness and contains variables and the interactions that they give up between these of composed form. Precedent on the form is not had of analyzing and introduces efficiency, efficacy and effective, like information for the taking of decisions. Everything the anterior prepared the road for the third chapter carry out an analysis of viability and application of the methodology in the mentioned company previously and of the who a preference of the fundamental restrictions was had that they impede the change of the situation limit and the increment continuous of the goal of the organization.
