Propuesta de planificación desde un enfoque prospectivo y estratégico para la empresa Almacenes Universales (S.A.)

Abstract

El presente trabajo de diploma se realizó en la empresa Almacenes Universales S.A. Sucursal Holguín, cuyo objetivo general ha sido elaboraruna propuesta de Planificación desde un enfoque prospectivo y estratégico que permita perfeccionar su Sistema de Planificación. Para lo cual se caracterizaron cada uno de los elementos teóricos de planificación prospectiva y estratégica que pudieran servir comosupuestos teóricos de la investigación. Además de la selección de los fundamentos teóricos que sirven de base para la elaboración de una propuesta de planificación desde un enfoque prospectivo y estratégico. Como herramientas fundamentales para la obtención de la información se utilizaron los talleres de prospectiva, entrevistas grupales e individuales, la consulta a expertos y métodos tales como: el dialéctico-materialista, el histórico-lógico, hipotético-deductivo, análisis y síntesis, además de la utilización de técnicas prospectivas. También se proponen estrategias encaminadasal perfeccionamiento del sistema de planificación y al progreso del desarrollo económico, político y social de la entidad y adicionalmente se elaboró una propuesta de plan prospectivo y estratégico que deberá ser implementado por la organización. La realización de este trabajo tiene como finalidad lograr una mayor objetividad de los planes, garantizar la construcción de los futuros deseables o al menos preparar las condiciones para lograr el mejor de los futuros posibles.

The present diploma work was carried out inthe company AlmacenesUniversales S.A. Sucursal Holguín it general objective has been to elaborate a proposal of planning from a prospective and strategic focus that allows to perfect its System of Planning. For that, it were characterized each one of the theoretical elements of prospective and strategic planning that it could serve as theoretical suppositions of the investigation. Besides the selection of the theoretical foundations thatit serve as base for the elaboration of a proposal of planning from a prospective and strategic focus. As fundamental tools for the obtaining of the information, were used talleres of prospective, interviews, the consultation to experts and such methods as: the dialectical-materialistic, the historical-logical, hypothetical-deductive, analysis and synthesis, besides the use of technical prospective. They also intend strategies guided to the improvement of the system of planning and the progress of the economic, political and social development of the entity and additionally a proposal of prospective and strategic plan was elaborated, thatwill be implemented by the organization. The realization of this work has the purpose toachieve more objectivity of the plans, to guarantee the construction of the desirable futures or at least to prepare the conditions to get the best possible futures.
