Análisis Económico – Financiero de la Empresa Cultivos Varios “Wilfredo Peña Cabrera” de Holguín

Abstract

Este trabajo de diploma lleva como título Análisis Económico – Financiero de la Empresa Cultivos Varios ” Wilfredo Peña Cabrera” de Holguín. Para su realización se tomó como directriz su objetivo, siendo este, realizar un análisis económico – financiero que permita conocer la situación de la empresa en el ámbito de las finanzas y con este favorecer el proceso de toma de decisiones. En la investigación realizada se emplearon los métodos teóricos y los empíricos. Dentro de los métodos teóricos se emplearon los de análisis y síntesis, abstracción, inducción-deducción, el histórico, el histórico – lógico y el sistémico – estructural – funcional. De los métodos empíricos se usaron la observación científica, la revisión de documentos y la medición. El análisis económico y las técnicas financieras constituyen un conjunto de técnicas aplicadas a diferentes estadosque se confeccionan a partir de la información contable para diagnosticar la situación económica financiera de la entidad. En el proceso investigativo se emplearon varios procedimientos económicos financieros como: el cálculo de razones financieras, elaboración del estado de origen y aplicación de fondos, administración del capital de trabajo, cuentas por cobrar, las necesidades de financiamiento externo y partiendo del pronóstico del incremento en ventas se determinaron el balance general y el estado de resultado proformas para el control flexible de los indicadores financieros y el presupuesto de efectivo. De forma general se pudo verificar que laEmpresa presenta una situación económica – financiera desfavorable, pues los resultados obtenidos así lo demuestran.

This diploma work takes as title Economic Analysis - Financial of the Company several Cultivations “Wilfredo Peña” of Holguín. For their realization took as guideline their objective, being this, to carry out an economic analysis - financial that allows to know the situation of the company in the environment of the finances and with this to favor the process of taking of decisions. In the carried out investigation the theoretical methods and the empiric ones were used. Inside the theoretical methods those of analysis and synthesis,abstraction, induction -deduction, the historicalone, the historical - logical one and the systemic-structural-functional one were used. Of the empiric methods the scientific observation, the revision of documents and the mensuration were used. The economic analysis and the financial techniques constitute a group of techniques applied to different states that are made starting from the countable information to diagnose the financial economic situation of the entity. In the investigative process several financial economic procedures were used as: the calculation of financial reasons, elaboration of the origin state and application of funds, administration of the work capital, bills to get paid, the necessities of external financing and leaving of the presage of the increment in sales the general balance and the state was determined of having been proformas for the flexible control of the financial indicators and the budget of effective. In a general way you could verify that the Company presents an economic situation - financial unfavorable, because the results obtained demonstrate this way it.
