Estudio de los niveles de satisfacción de la demanda de los productos agrícolas en los hoteles Brisas Guardalavaca y Club Amigo Atlántico-Guardalavaca

Abstract

La investigación “Estudio de los niveles de satisfacción de la demanda de productos agrícolas en los hoteles Brisas Guardalavaca y Club Amigo Atlántico-Guardalavaca” fue desarrollada en los hoteles del mismo nombre del Grupo Hotelero Cubanacan con el objetivo de determinar los niveles de satisfacción de la demanda que favorezcan el perfeccionamiento de la gestión de compra en ambas instalaciones. Para ello se tabularon las demandas según categorías de productos, de las instalaciones estudiadas y se diagnosticaron los principales proveedores locales que abastecen a las mismas, agrupados en el Ministerio de la Agricultura. Además se presenta una comparación de la demanda estimada por los hoteles y la oferta determinada por los suministradores. La importancia de esta investigación radicaen los resultados que arroja, ya que a partir de ellos, se ha podido conocer los déficit o superávit que se van a presentar según las categorías de productos establecidas en la investigación, dando a conocer que sectores de la producción alimenticia deben ser más fortalecidos dentro del sector agrícola de la provincia. Teniendo en cuenta estos aspectos se recomendó la compra de suministros de procedencia nacional siempre que no se afecte la calidad de los servicios.

The investigation is entitled Study of the of satisfaction levels of the agricultural products demand in the hotels Breezes Guardalavaca andFriend Club Atlantic-Guardalavaca it was developed in the hotels that have the same name of the Cubanacan Hotel Group. Its objective is to determine the levels of satisfaction of the demand that favour the improvement of the purchase administration in both facilities. As a part of the investigation the authors tabulated the demands according to categories of products, allowing this the application of the Approach of Pareto as a technique used in the data processing. This makes possible to diagnose the main local suppliers that supply these hotels, which are grouped in the Ministry of the Agriculture. Besides, it shows a comparison of the hoteldemand and the offer determined by the suppliers. The importance of this research resides in its results, because they make possible to know the differences that may occur according to the categories of products stated in the investigation, showing that sectors of the nutritious production should be more strengthened inside the agricultural sector of the Holguin. Keeping in mind these aspects the purchase was recommended to supplies of national origin wheneverthe quality of the services is not affected.
