Análisis de la fluctuación laboral en la UEB de Tabaco Jesús Feliú Leyva # 2

Abstract

El presente Trabajo de Diploma titulado “Análisis de la Fluctuación Laboral en la UEB de Tabaco Jesús Feliú Leyva # 2”, se realizó con el objetivo de determinar las causas y efectos de la fluctuación laboral, para trazar estrategias que posibiliten su disminución en la organización. Para su realización, se utilizaron diversos métodos de investigación como el estadístico, el teóricoy el empírico,empleando en este último técnicascomo la entrevista y encuestas a trabajadores. Para dar comienzo a la investigación se realizó una amplia revisión bibliográfica y se utilizó como punto de partida la metodología propuesta por la MsC Margarita Hernández Vila. La investigación demostró que los motivos fundamentales por los cuales semarchan los trabajadores de la UEB son los laborales. Con el fin de reducir la fluctuación laboral existente se procedió a la elaboración de un conjunto de estrategias.

The present Work of titled Diploma "Analysis of the Labor Fluctuation in the UEB of Tabacco Jesus Feliu Leyva #2", it was carried out with the objective of determining the causes and effects of the labor fluctuation, to trace strategies that facilitate their decrease in the organization. With the purpose of reducing the existent labor fluctuation its proceeded to the elaboration of a group of strategies.
