Perfeccionamiento del Sistema de Control de los procesos y su aplicación en la Empresa de Investigaciones y Proyectos Hidráulicos de Holguín (RAUDAL)

Abstract

El presente trabajo de diploma titulado Perfeccionamiento del Sistema de Control de los procesos y su aplicación en la Empresa de Investigación y Proyectos Hidráulicos de Holguín, se realizó con el objetivo de perfeccionar el sistema de control a los procesos que permita evaluar la eficiencia de los mismos de manera integradora. El mismo se desarrolló con la activa participación de directivos y trabajadores de la Entidad, además de intercambiar con el personal debidamente capacitado sobre los procesos (Calidad, Comercial, Contabilidad, Diseño, Investigaciones Aplicadas, Recursos Humanos, Información y Logística). En el trabajo se desarrolló la evolución histórica y teórica del objeto de estudio, se confeccionaron las fichas de cada uno de los procesos, los indicadores para evaluar su eficiencia de forma integral, así como los flujogramas de información, lo que le permitirá a la empresa tomar decisiones en el momento oportuno. Se hizo necesario estructurarlos metodológicamente en dos capítulos de tal manera que se mostrara el contenido de forma coherente y sistémico y utilizar varios métodos científicos ( Histórico–lógico, Inducción–Deducción, Análisis–Síntesis, Dialéctico, Observación y Entrevistas) y técnicas para validar los resultados. Teniendo en cuenta el problema planteado y el objetivo propuesto se obtuvieron los resultados en correspondencia con estos, se arribaron a conclusiones y recomendaciones que le servirá a la administración en su proyección y a su vez se convierta en una verdadera herramienta para efectuar un mejor control de los procesos.

The present work of diploma titled Improvement of the System of Control of the processes and their application in the Company of Investigation and Hydraulic Projects of Holguín were carried out with the objective of perfecting the control system to the processes that it allows to evaluate the efficiency of the same ones in an integrative way. The same one was developed with the active participation of directive and workers of the Entity, besides exchanging with the personnel properly qualified on the processes (Quality, Commercial, Accounting, Design, Applied Investigations, Human resources, Information and Logistics). In the work the historical and theoretical evolution of the study object was developed, the records were made of each one of the processes, the indicators to evaluate its efficiency in an integral way, as well as the flujogramas of information, what will allow to the company to make decisions in the opportune moment. It became necessary to structure them methodologically in two chapters in such a way that the coherent and systemic form content was shown and to use several scientific methods (Historical-logical, Induction-deduction, Analysis-synthesis, Dialectical, Observation and Interviews) and techniques to validate the results. Keeping in mind the outlined problem and the proposed objective the results was obtained in correspondence with these, they were arrived to conclusions and recommendations that it will serve to the administration in their projection and in turn become a true tool to make a better control of the processes
