Estudio de Factibilidad del Proyecto de Inversión Planta de Beneficio de Granos

Abstract

El presente trabajo de diploma se titula “Análisis de factibilidad del Proyecto de Inversión Planta de Beneficio de Semilla”, el cual se ejecutará en la zona de Velasco, que sustituirá el antiguo beneficiador de tecnología obsoleta. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo realizar el estudio de factibilidad del proyecto de inversión de la Planta de Beneficio para satisfacer la demanda de granos al sector del Turismo en la provincia Holguín para lasustitución paulatina de las importaciones. El empeño fundamental de la investigación radica en la aplicación de diferentes procedimientos financieros para evaluar la factibilidad del proyecto para el cual se toma como punto de partida el cálculo del Valor Presente Neto, la Tasa Interna de Rendimiento y el Período de Recuperación de la inversión. Para el logro del objetivo enunciado anteriormente se requirió la utilización de varios métodos como los métodos teóricos y dentro de este: análisis y síntesis e hipotético deductivo, los métodos empíricos particularmente el de observación científica. Las tareas fundamentales estuvieron dadas porlos pronósticos de ingresos y gastos, los flujos anuales procedentes del proyecto de inversión, el cálculo e interpretación de los indicadores a evaluar y la determinación de lafactibilidad del proyecto de inversión. De todo el trabajo investigativo se infiere sugerir a los organismos del MINTUR y MINAG la ejecución del proyecto de inversión Planta de Beneficio, por la importancia que tiene para la satisfacción de la demanda de granos al Polo Turístico de Holguín y la sustitución de importaciones.

The present diploma work is titled Analysis of feasibility of the Project of Investment it Plants of Benefit of Seed", which will be executed in the area of Velasco that will substitute the old equipment of obsolete technology. This investigation has as objective to carry outthe study of feasibility of the project of investment of the Plant of Benefit to satisfy the demand of grains to the sector of the Tourism in the county Holguín for the gradual substitution of the imports. The fundamental zeal of the investigation resides in the application of different financial procedures to evaluate the feasibility of the project for which takes as starting point the calculation of the Net Present Value, the Internal Rate of Yield and the Period of Recovery of the investment. For the achievement of the objective enunciated previously it was required the use of several methods like the theoretical methods and inside this: analysis and synthesis and hypothetical deductive, the empiric methods particularly that of scientific observation. The fundamental tasks were given by the presage of revenues and expenses, the annual flows coming from the investment project, the calculation and interpretation of the indicators to evaluate and the determination of the feasibility of the investment project. Of the whole investigative work it is inferred to suggest the organisms of the MINTUR and MINAG the execution of the investment project it Plants of Benefit, for the importance that has for the satisfaction from the demand of grains to the Tourist Pole of Holguín and the substitution of imports.
