Educación ambiental premisa indispensable para potenciar la educación ambiental desde una perspectiva sociocultural

Abstract

La presente investigación surge por la necesidad de resolver los principales problemas relacionados con el conocimiento por parte de los trabajadores de los problemas ambientales que afectan a la Empresa SOMEC en Holguín, cuestión que a su vez limita en gran medida la solución o mitigación de los mismos y por tanto el buen desempeño empresarial de esta organización. Como vía de solución a esta problemática se propone desde el punto de vista práctico un conjunto de acciones socioculturales las cuales se han elaborado a partir de investigaciones precedentes, relacionadas con el tratamiento de la educación ambiental. Se sustenta en los fundamentos del Materialismo Dialéctico, de la Psicología Ambiental y el método sistémico estructural funcional, que permitió su estructuración y el establecimiento de sus relaciones. La importancia del presente trabajo consiste en que posibilita el desarrollo de la educación ambiental con un enfoque integrador y sistémico, propiciando la participación activa de los trabajadores en la ejecución de las acciones propuestas, así como, la sistematicidad y coherencia de estas.

The current investigation is carried out because of the need of solving the main environmental problems related to the knowledge by workers about the topic. As a way of solving this problem is proposed from the practical a group of socio-cultural actions which have been elaborated taking into account previous investigations about environmental education. It is based on Dialectical- Materialistic of Environmental Psychology and the systemic-functional structural method which allowed its structure and the establishment of its relationships. The importance of this work is that it brings the possibility to develop the environmental education with a systemic and integrative approach, favouring the active participation of the workers on the practice of the proposed actions thus systematization and coherence of these.
