Estudio de causas de salidas de los trabajadores por cuenta propia en el Municipio Holguín

Abstract

La presente investigación titulada “Estudio de causas de salidas de los trabajadores por cuenta propia en el Municipio Holguín”, tiene como objetivo identificar las causas que determinan las salidas de los trabajadores por cuenta propia en el municipio Holguín para proponer acciones de mejora. En su realización se emplearon métodos teóricos como: histórico-lógico; análisis-síntesis e inducción-deducción. Se utilizaron además como herramientas fundamentales para la obtención de la información métodos empíricos como: observación directa; comparación y análisis cuantitativos y cualitativos. También se utilizaron algunas técnicas como las encuestas. Esto permitió estudiar las causas de salida del sector de los trabajadores por cuenta propia, y sobre la base de la información obtenida se proponen una serie de acciones encaminadas a reducir la constante dinámica que refleja el sector en este indicador. En consecuencia con estos resultados se arriban a conclusiones y en función de ellas se dan las recomendaciones de vital importancia para la toma de decisiones.

The present titled investigation "Study of causes at the outset of the workers on its own in the Municipality Holguín” has as an objective to identify the causes that deter mine the exits of the workers on its own in the municipality Holguín to propose actions of improvement. In their execution theoretical methods were employed like: Historic-logical; analysis-synthesis and induction-deduction. They were utilized besides as fundamental tools for the obtaining of the information empirical methods like: direct observation; comparison and qualitative and quantitative analysis. Also some techniques were utilized like the surveys and interviews. This permitted to study the causes at the outset of the sector of the workers on its own, and on the base of the information obtained they are proposed a series of actions directed to reduce the constant dynamics that reflects the sector in this indicator. Consequently with these results they arrive to conclusions and in function of them the recommendations of vital importance for it are given takes of decisions.
